Navigation:  Commands and Toolbars > Options Menu > Change Bounding Box

Scale the drawing in the drawing area so that it just fits inside the window.

 

Manually

Set the maximum and minimum coordinates available in the drawing area. Use this to set up the overall coordinates before you begin drawing a section.
