When you select to build a section using a General Parametric Shape, the General Geometric Shape dialog is displayed. This dialog uses the Mechatools GenShapeLib TM visual component to select a general shape. GenShapeLib is described in detail in chapter 5: Components and tips. GenShapeLib allows you to select a General parametric shape and to resize it using its parameters. The geometric properties of the resized shape may be consulted before the section is placed in the drawing area. Once you have selected the shape, click OK to add it to the drawing area.
